Description
| Application | Use at a concentration of 10% in complete medium containing FBS (10%) or CPRS-3. Optimal conditions must be determined for specific applications. |
| Caution | Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. If entire contents are not used, store frozen in working aliquots. Precipitation may occur when stored. This is not detrimental to the product and may be reversed when warmed to 37 °C. |
| Other Notes | Conditioned medium from a proprietary murine lymphoma cell line grown in RPMI-1640 with 15% FBS and IL-6. |
